Uniform Regulations for School Year 2009 - 2010
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Uniforms are purchased through J.B. Edward Uniform Company located at 745 South Street in Roslindale, Massachusetts. Uniforms consist of:
Girls and Boys – Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten
School uniform:
- Sweat shirt, sweat pants, t-shirt, and mesh shorts
- Tops are red and imprinted with the school logo
- Bottoms are black and imprinted with the school logo
- Shorts may be worn September through Columbus Day and Patriot’s Day through June
- Socks and sneakers are required as well
Girls – Grades One through Five
Option 1
- Red plaid uniform jumper (worn at mid knee length)
- White blouse (rounded collar – long or short sleeve)
- Green knee socks
- Green sweater or vest with school logo
Option 2
- Grey uniform trousers
- White polo shirt with school logo
- Green sweater or vest with school logo
Girls – Grades Six through Eight
Option 1
- Red plaid skirt (worn at mid knee length)
- White polo with school logo
- Black knee socks
- Black V-neck sweater or vest with school logo
Option 2
- Grey uniform trousers
- White polo shirt with school logo
- Black V-neck sweater or vest with school logo
Boys – Grades One through Five
- Grey twill slacks
- White polo shirt with school logo
- Green V-neck sweater or vest with school logo – optional
Boys – Grades Six through Eight
- Grey twill slacks
- White polo shirt with school logo
- Black V-neck sweater or vest with school logo - optional
Gym Uniform – Boys and Girls - Grades One through Eight
- Sweat shirt, sweat pants or wind pants, t-shirt, and mesh shorts
- Tops are red and imprinted with the school logo
- Bottoms are black and imprinted with the school logo
- Shorts may be worn September through Columbus Day and Patriot’s Day through June
- Socks and sneakers are to be worn only on gym day
Sensible dark colored dress shoes are required for both girls and boys. Heelies, platform shoes, clogs, sandals, or boots are not allowed. Sweaters are optional. However, if your child chooses to wear a sweater in school, it must be ordered from J.B. Edward Uniform Company.
